About the Montebello Community

The Montebello Home Owners Association (HOA) is dedicated to preserving the sense of idyllic living in western Washington. Located at the north end of Hicks Lake, the Montebello neighborhood consists of a loop from Carpenter Road to Shady Lane with two cul-de-sacs (Sierra Court SE, and Madera Court SE). It is comprised of 72 homes and 75 lots.

First built in the late 1960s as an upper middle class solution to the rapid growth the city of Lacey was experiencing since its incorporation in 1966, the Montebello neighborhood came into existence shortly thereafter, with multiple lots being built out over the successive decades.
